Athulya was incorporated on November 13, 2020 with the purpose of emboldening people’s thoughts and actions to produce incredible results. Athulya does this by training and coaching people to apply the “Causing Incredible Performance Framework” – an approach developed based on over 200 examples of people producing astonishing results in short periods of time. Over 800 people have applied the CIP Framework in a variety of organisations (corporates, government, development organisations, start-ups etc) in all departments and produced unbelievable results in almost every aspect of interest to organisations. Application of the CIP Framework has also resulted in incredible results in personal lives.
Athulya conducts a variety of programs apart from its Flagship Program on Causing Incredible Performance. These programs based on the CIP Framework are customised to suit the needs of organisations. Athulya also invests heavily on developing Facilitators and Coaches for the CIP work.
