DESCRIPTION:
During this Masterclass, participants will get an in-depth understanding of the Causing Incredible Performance (CIP) Framework. Participants who participate in 10 of the 12 sessions will be provided the :\”Certificate of Participation." Those who pass the Level 1 certification test will be awarded the "Certificate of Successful Completion - Level 1.
The CIP Framework was created by Prof C Balaji based on the astonishing results produced by people he trained and coached. The CIP Framework has been applied
- by people with a wide range of demographics
- in professional and personal aspects
- in various organisational sectors
- in every function/department of organisations
- in almost every aspect of importance to organisations
During the Masterclass, we will explain all the components of the CIP Framework in detail. The components of the CIP Framework are (a) ten Action Principles, (b) actions to practise each Action Principle and (c) tools to take the actions.
The Masterclass will be conducted through lecture-discussions and activities as appropriate. The participants will have ample opportunities to participate actively.
